What we manage

Everything your business runs on, handled.

One provider, one monthly rate, every layer covered — from the firewall at your front door to the inbox on your phone.

24/7 Security Monitoring

A staffed Security Operations Center watches every endpoint and Microsoft 365 identity around the clock. Threats are isolated automatically — even at 3am.

Endpoint Management

Every workstation and server monitored, patched, and maintained on a scheduled cycle — operating systems and third-party apps alike.

Microsoft 365 Administration

User setup, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, and security hardening. Your Microsoft 365 tenant configured the way Microsoft intends — and kept that way.

Backup & Recovery

Daily encrypted server backups plus full Microsoft 365 backup — email, OneDrive, Teams. Tested monthly, because an untested backup isn't a backup.

Firewall Management

Custom Firewall configuration, firmware updates, VPN for remote work, and security policy reviews. Your network perimeter, locked down and current.

Help Desk Support

Real answers from a real engineer who knows your environment — not a script reader. Calls logged and monitored live during the day; tickets worked every evening and Saturday.

The name is real

Quiet isn't just the brand. It's my name.

I'm Noah Kwiat — and yes, it's pronounced quiet. I'm a network engineer who spent years managing enterprise infrastructure before starting this practice, and I built Quiet Tech Solutions around a simple belief: the best IT is the IT you never have to think about.

When your technology runs quietly, you get to focus on the work that matters.

I manage your environment for you and ensure it runs smoothly without you having to worry about the technical details. Your Environment. Your Data. You own it.

One rate. Everything included.

Most IT providers make you call for a quote. We'd rather you know exactly what it costs before we ever talk.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

What happens if something breaks during the day?
Every call and ticket is monitored throughout the day. Routine issues are logged and worked the same evening. True emergencies — ransomware, server down, total email outage — are escalated to an engineer immediately. And the most common causes of daytime emergencies (failed backups, unwatched security alerts, missed patches) are exactly what our around-the-clock monitoring is designed to prevent.
What if we already have someone who "does our IT"?
That's common, and sometimes it works fine. The question is what happens at 3am when ransomware hits, or when your one IT person is on vacation, or whether anyone has actually tested your backups. We're happy to do a free assessment — if your current setup is solid, we'll tell you that and you've lost nothing.
Why is there only one service tier?
Because the "cheaper tier" at most IT providers is the one with the security turned down — and that's the tier that gets businesses breached. Every Quiet Tech client gets 24/7 monitored security. We'd rather point you in the right direction than sign a client we can't actually protect.
What does cyber insurance have to do with this?
Cyber insurance applications now ask whether you have multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and response, 24/7 monitoring, and tested backups. Answering "no" raises premiums or voids coverage entirely. Our standard stack answers "yes" to all of it — many clients find the insurance savings offset part of our fee.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Month-to-month, 30 days written notice, either direction. If you leave, you keep everything — your licenses, your hardware, your data, and complete documentation of your environment. We earn the relationship every month or you walk away clean.
What size business is the right fit?
Five to twenty-five employees is our sweet spot — trade offices, financial advisors, insurance agencies, professional services, and other Lancaster-area small businesses that depend on their technology but aren't big enough for in-house IT.
